How can I share a Board?
Sharing a Board Privately
If you're looking to share a board privately, Feedly Enterprise was built for that purpose: allowing you to create a shared Feedly environment for your team
Feedly Enterprise is the collaborative edition of Feedly, which allows you and your team to stay on top of information that matters to you as a group.
Sharing a Board Publicly
There are multiple options to disseminate the knowledge and insights you gather in a Feedly Enterprise Board to the outside world.
Pro Tip: these sharing tools will generally leverage your Annotations and Highlights as well - it's a good practice to use those marking features to add insights to articles you save to your boards
You can share Personal Boards publicly via the globe icon on the right side of your Board ( available in Feedly Pro plan and above)
Note: We import the last 100 articles from the Board when you make it public. After that, it behaves like a feed, we keep the full history.
How to get to the Sharing options for Team Boards
Click on any Team Board - 3 dots on the top right - Sharing
Share via Newsletter
One of the most popular ways to distribute information saved in your boards: you have the ability to set up an automated newsletter from any of your boards.
Share to Slack
Setup a link between any of your boards and a Slack Channel to notify teammates in real-time when you save an article to a Board.
Share to Microsoft Teams
Use a webhook to automatically send content from a Feedly Board to a corresponding Microsoft Teams channel.
Another very powerful way to disseminate your content - to your website or intranet - is to use a private RSS URL that you can embed anywhere.
Note: should you need to/want to refresh that private link, simply turn off/on the sharing preference and a new URL will be generated.
Sharing via a Private RSS URL is available in the Feedly Enterprise plan.
Note: highlights and notes are not shared via RSS
More sharing options via Zapier / IFTTT
Zapier and IFTTT are powerful tools that offer enormous possibilities to connect your Feedly Boards to other tools and platforms (eg: Google Sheets/Docs, Salesforce, Trello, Jira...). The possibilities are nearly endless and you can build some very powerful systems very quickly and efficiently with both of these tools.
