Can I access the list of articles prioritized by a Leo priority via the Feedly Enterprise API?

Yes. Each priority in Feedly is considered a stream. And the content of that stream can be accessed via the Stream API:

https://developer.feedly.com/v3/streams/

All you need is to find the stream id of your priority. For that, select the priority in the list of LEO priorities in the left navigation bar. When you see the priority page loaded in the browser, you will see the priority stream id in the URL browser bar after /i/priority/content/
In the example image below, the stream id of the Future of News priority is:
enterprise/feedly/priority/37a742da-ec66-4dab-8e72-5001f38a55cd
For team priority on a team feed, all your priority stream ids should start with enterprise/
