I have subscribed to Pro but I have not been upgraded yet?
There are 3 common reasons for this:
- The status was not updated on your account yet, please log out and log back in.
- You card has been declined. Check your billing page for more information https://feedly.com/i/account/billing or reach out to us so we can help you directly.
- You have upgraded another account. If you are using Google with several account you might have upgraded the wrong one. In this case please login with the account you actually upgraded and contact our premium support channel so we can fix the problem together.
